To have your car shipped to the destination:
- fill out the Get A Quote form on our website,
- get your estimated price, and
- place your order.
In addition to the website, you can also get a quote via e-mail or by calling us.
For an accurate quote, please specify your vehicle’s:
- year, make, and model;
- running condition (operable or inoperable);
- current location (i.e. origin where you’d like it to be picked up); and
- destination (i.e. drop-off where you’d like it to be delivered).
Also, make sure to mention your preferred:
- pick-up and
- drop-off dates; and
- whether you need an open hauler or an enclosed trailer.
Your vehicle’s length, height, type (sedan, SUV, truck, van), weight (and, if applicable, weight of any luggage/personal property), ground clearance, modifications (if any), and condition may also be taken into consideration when providing a quote.
Our options are quite flexible, so you can choose the one that works best for you.
After completing the quote form, you’ll receive your estimated price based on the information you provided and our previous experience on your route or a similar one. Once you book via the booking link in our emails, we will start looking for a driver for you. Please note that the price might fluctuate depending on the offers from carrier companies that we receive. Please rest assured that you're not locked in any commitment until you agree to go with a driver we offer and confirm the dates and other details. We don't take any payment information upfront, so you don’t pay anything until we find you a driver and you accept our offer, following which the amount of the first payment will be pre-authorized on the card on file (or paid as otherwise agreed) and your order will be dispatched to a carrier company. Once they accept the dispatch, we will email you the contact information of the assigned driver.
Pick-up
Pick-up
Your car will be picked up by one of our trusted partner carriers on the agreed date at the location you specified. Don’t worry if you can’t make it in time! The person at the pick-up location can be your friend or family member; you just need to ensure your designated responsible party is present when your vehicle is being loaded onto an open car hauler or enclosed trailer.
Before the actual pick-up, you (or your designated responsible party) and the driver will inspect the car, sign the Bill of Lading, and leave the rest to the carrier. You can always check where your vehicle is on its journey by contacting us or the driver.
Unless already paid in full, the amount of the first payment will be charged to the card on file after the pick-up.
Delivery
Delivery
We’ll ensure you reunite with your vehicle on the agreed-upon date and time at the previously chosen location. Once your car is almost home, the driver will contact you so that you can meet them both at your driveway or as otherwise agreed.
Make sure that either you or your designated responsible party is present at the time of delivery and can carefully inspect your vehicle as well as pay the remaining balance to the driver (i.e. second payment is due at the time of delivery). Once you make sure that everything looks good and there are no issues, all you’ll have to do is sign the Bill of Lading and accept your delivery.
