In order to have your car shipped to the destination, please fill out our order form, get a price quote, and confirm your order. You can easily do so on our website or provide us with your order details via e-mail, or phone. For an accurate quote, please specify the year, make, and model of your vehicle; its running condition, current location and destination, as well as the timing and expected comfort level. The length, height and type of your car, its curb weight, ground clearance, and condition may also be taken into consideration.
Our options are quite flexible, so you are free to choose the one that works best for you.
In response, you’ll receive a price quote from us offering the vehicle pick-up date and time tailored to your needs. To confirm the order, you just need to make the upfront partial payment - and we will take it from there.

Pick up of Your Car
Your car will be picked up by a transportation vehicle on the agreed date and time, and at the agreed location. You even don’t have to be at the pick-up, if you can’t make it from work. If this is the case, just make sure that your designated responsible party is present at the moment your vehicle is loaded onto the rail vehicle or transport truck.
Before the actual pick-up, you or your designated responsible party will inspect your vehicle together with the driver, sign the Bill of Lading, and leave the rest to us.Your car will be taken good care of and delivered in good “shape and health” to the target destination. You can always check where your vehicle is on its journey by contacting us, or calling your trucker.

Delivery of Your Car
We will make sure that you are reuniting with your vehicle on the date and time, and at the location you previously agreed upon. When your car is almost home, the driver will contact you so that you can meet them both at your driveway or as otherwise agreed upon.
Make sure that either you or your designated responsible party is present at the time of delivery and can carefully inspect the car. Once you make sure that everything looks good and there are no issues, all you’ll have to do is to sign the Bill of Lading and accept your delivery.
